How long does it take for orders to be processed?
Most of our items ship within 3 business days. However, please allow 3 weeks for orders which include couture tutus. If for some reason your order cannot be filled within this time frame, we will notify you via email.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept online payments, or money orders through the mail. Though PayPal is used to process your order, you do not have to have a PayPal account to buy online.
What are your shipping & handling charges?
USPS Priority within the USA:
$00.01 - $09.99 = $5.00
$10.00 - $19.99 = $6.00
$20.00 - $29.99 = $7.00
$30.00 - $39.99 = $8.00
$40.00 & UP = $9.00
Do you offer Shipping Insurance?
Yes, if you choose to add it. We do recommend adding insurance to your order. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping if you choose not to add shipping insurance to your order. To add the $2.00 fee to your shopping bag, click on the button below.
Do you ship internationally?
We do. Since the fee will exceed the s/h fees we have set up for domestic orders, you will be charged the difference, which varies by destination. This separate fee must be paid before we ship your order.
Do I have to pay sales tax for your items?
North Carolina residents pay 6.75% sales tax.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, returns will only be accepted if we shipped the wrong item to you. Items must be returned in the original packaging.
Are these items safe for my baby to wear?
As with any accessory, do not leave a child unattended while wearing them, as they do contain small parts that could become a choking hazard.
How do you prevent fraying?
All ribbons are heat sealed to guard against fraying.
Will my item look exactly as pictured?
Items have been displayed and described as accurately as possible. However, due to the photographic process, the natural qualities of fabric textures and colors may be somewhat distorted. Items may vary slightly since they are handmade. If you want to order pairs, it is best to order them at the same time so they can be the best match possible.
Could you tell me more about your tutu sizes?
Waist Size: Our waistbands use 18" of elastic which will comfortably stretch to accomodate most waists up to 32". We are happy to make waistband adjustments up or down a few inches if necessary. Simply leave a note at checkout!
Length: The length you choose depends on your personal preference. Measure from the waist downward to find where your tutu will fall.
What type of hair clips do you use?
We use alligator clips. They can be clipped directly into hair, onto a looped or waffle headband, or onto a ponytail holder. They are 1.75" in length, and are not shown actual size. This photo shows the clip from two views, with and without a grosgrain lining.
Do you accept custom orders?
Absolutely! Once you contact us with your idea, we will e-mail you with our input and a price for your custom piece. There are additional fees for materials we do not have in stock.
